Peter Thiel Speaks at The Conservative and Republican Student Conference
The keynote address discusses the diversity myth and offers important criticisms of academia.
What a fantastic weekend for conservatism in Cambridge, Massachusetts! Alongside our partners from Harvard's graduate schools, the Salient co-hosted the first ever Conservative and Republican Conference at the Sheraton Commander Hotel last Saturday, February 10th. The event was sold out a week in advance at 230+ attendees—the room was packed. It was immensely gratifying to see so many students gather for the cause.
We were honored to hear from keynote speaker Peter Thiel, as well as four additional panels of experts in their respective fields. Videos of each panel are on their way!
Mr. Thiel was joined by Harvard Law School Professor Adrian Vermeule for a discussion after his keynote remarks.
